2024 ANNUAL STOCKHOLDERS' MEETING OF VISTAREIT, INC.

In light of the continuing public health impact of the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) in the country and to comply with the health and safety directives and advisories from the government, its various agencies and health authorities, we wish to inform all stockholders of VistaREIT, Inc. ("VREIT") will be hosting its 2024 Annual Stockholders' Meeting ("2024 ASM") via remote communication as provided for in SEC Memorandum Circular No. 6, series of 2020.

The 2024 ASM will be held on 05 July 2024 in a virtual format or live webcast. The requirements and Procedure to Participate in the 2024 ASM by remote communication and to vote in absentia, as well as the Notice and Agenda for the 2024 ASM are set out in the Definitive Information Statement (DIS) of the Company, which may be downloaded HERE.

Stockholders who intend to participate in the 2024 ASM via remote communication and to exercise their right to vote in absentia may register starting 14 June 2024 until 27 June 2024 by clicking HERE.
